Something going on? If there are any errors or concerns regarding your order, please email us and we will do everything we can to assist you. If your order arrives incorrect or damaged, please contact us within 5 business days. Please include your full name, order number, and any details that will help us take care of you.

Please note that unfortunately, we do not accept returns or refunds for any of our loose-leaf teas or chai kits.

Changes on orders cannot be made based on personal taste.

Expired promos cannot be extended to exchange an order.

Flowerhead Tea blends and packs your tea in the order it is received. Orders take 3-5 business days to process and ship, with the exception of holidays.
Packages are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or UPS. If an order is lost, we can assist you in tracking your package. Flowerhead Tea is not responsible in replacing a package that is lost or stolen in the mail when shipping confirmations have been obtained. We are not liable for items damaged or lost by carrier services (USPS, UPS).
